1. Perishable Products:
- No refunds or Exchanges:
- Due to their perishable nature, items like henna cones and paste are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Missed Deliveries:
- If a delivery is missed by any mistaken of address or pin- code given by you (buyers/customer) then the all responsibility of delivered products will be yours.
- If the delivery personnel attempt to contact you upon arrival and you are unable to respond for any reason, resulting in a returned shipment, you will be solely responsible for all associated shipping charges and product costs. Black Jewelink will not be held liable for any such expenses.
- If Black Jewelink is found responsible for any misleading information or errors in the shipment of your products, a refund will be processed within 10 working days after the products are collected and inspected. If the product
2. Non-Perishable Products:
Items such as jagua powder and mehndi powder can be reshipped if necessary, as they remain stable over time.
1. Returns:-
- We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date.( only applicable for jagua powder. It doesn’t apply on perishable goods like henna cones & jagua cones)
- To be eligible, items must be Unused and in original condition, in original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
3. Exchanges & Replacements:-
- You may request an exchange within the 10 days.
- For any defective or damaged product, we offer free replacements within 1 month of purchase.
